In Laws

Matt and I have talked about how wonderfully blessed we are. We both LOVE our soon to be in-laws. Now, I know how incredibly rare this can be... My poor mom had to put up with my dad's mother for 25 years. I loved her, but let's be honest-- She was a bit on the cuckoo side. I can't imagine having to deal with someone who is all but supportive of our union.

ANYWAY, Matt's parents are amazing, and they have truly shown it lately. They are doing all they can to help us get settled... They have been out to our new house many times, helping us paint, come up with a plan, and take care of the yard. Yesterday, I came home to Matt's mom, who had gone to both Hobby Lobby and Pier 1 and bought us such cute decorations for our house. Before then, the only decoration I had was an outdoor rug that my mom bought for us a few weeks ago. Everything is so dang cute and it sure does feel good to have a few things in the house. Also, my parents came home last night. YAY! I get to spend the weekend with my mom doing wedding planning and we're even getting massages! SO excited. :)
